Soooo good!! I've never had Etoufee before, but this was really good! I had a fish Po' Boy and it was huge- so delicious and worth it! ( I had half of it to still take home.) My husband has the catfish with red beans and rice and Coslaw and said it was really good and he couldn't finish either. My girls had the catfish basket and loved it! EXCELLENT service and so sweet to us all! We'll definitely be returning!
The food is really good but they close too early. You dont even have t to get off work go home take showe, then they are close.
Etoufee! Oh my goodness. We got several things to try. Boudin balls, catfish atchafalaya, etoufee, red beans and rice! Etoufee is incredible but only available on Fridays. Service was amazing. Gave us a sample of the etoufee and guided us with the large menu. Come with an appetite, we left with 3 boxes of leftovers. Go to Fridays!

This was HANDS DOWN the best seafood I've ever had, and I'm from Houston, so I've been to many places that can not top this! When I walked in, the owner explained the menu items and helped us with options that would offer a little bit of everything. We didn't take photos because we devoured our food before I thought to. I absolutely appreciate that this is a family business, and sitting there truly felt like being part of a nostalgic movie. Should you try it? Yes. Absolutely yes!
Run...fly...speed, do what ya gotta do to get to Friday's! Before 7pm. That's when they close to be safe in maybe a not so safe neighborhood according to owners. Definitely a hidden gem in Waco. We've been before and it's been too long. Love this place! Great friendly service. Small but lots of personality with the decor! Music playing on the speaker gave me a great sense of not being in the big city. Crawfish was fresh. Catfish étouffée was delicious! Great fried okra! The Atchafalaya was amazing!!!! Keep up the great work ya'll!!!!!
The biggest shrimp po-boys we've ever had! Great place to stop, easy to get to from the highway. Highly recommend. Perfect for a Lent Friday lunch.
This place was amazing some great down home cooking and fresh seafood selections. Ten bread pudding was authentic and moist. Would love to visit during crawfish boil season. It was delicious!!
